Course Access and Use

Enrolled students receive personal, non-transferable access to graphic design lessons and materials strictly for individual learning. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of course content is prohibited.

Intellectual Property

All course content, designs, videos, and resources remain the exclusive property of Dawnova Atelier. Students retain rights to their own creative work produced during courses.

Acceptable Use

Users must communicate respectfully in all interactions. False or misleading information in forms or communications is not permitted. Harassment or abuse of any kind will result in immediate termination of access.

Payments and Pricing

All prices are displayed in Argentine pesos (ARS). Payment is required in full before course access is granted. Accepted methods include bank transfer and local payment platforms.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be requested within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are issued at Dawnova Atelier’s discretion for unused access only.

Support and Availability

Support is available via email and scheduled sessions for enrolled students in Buenos Aires and surrounding areas. Service availability may vary during local holidays.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Dawnova Atelier provides educational services without guarantees of employment outcomes or specific creative results. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.

Governing Context

These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Buenos Aires.
